Brief Background

DSSI SOLUTIONS (INDIA) PVT LTD (DSSI) and its wholly owned subsidiary A-CHECK GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PVT LIMITED (ACGS) are incorporated in India.

The Howroyd family which owns ActOne and its group companies in the United States and Mr. Sriram Rahul Suresh (Rahul) are the share holders

DSSI is a 100% export business and achieved annual turnover of around INR 315 million in F.Y. 2022-23. It is engaged in the business of offering a range of software services to ATIMS and other group companies of ActOne Group in U.S.A.

ACGS is a NSR Empanelled Background Verification Company. It’s overseas clients include ACheck Global, U.S.A. and Netforce both based in the U.S. and other group entities of ActOne Group. It also has about 300 Domestic clients which include Verizon, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Bechtel, VBPO, etc. ACGS declared a revenue of INR 165 million in F.Y. 2022-23. Both Companies are profitable and debt free.
